Wendy Combs Studio is a residential interior design firm based in Portland, Oregon. We design homes that feel personal, lived-in, and deeply connected to the people who live there. Our work includes whole-home furnishings and interior renovations, including thoughtful layouts, material selections, custom pieces, and curated furniture and decor.

We guide clients through kitchens, bathrooms, and multi-room projects with a clear, calm process that makes decisions easier and the results feel intentional.

We offer Full-Service Interior Design and 1-to 3-day Design Immersions in Portland, Oregon and select projects throughout the United States, along with Private 1:1 Consultations available virtually.

Meet Wendy

For me, design isn’t just about creating beautiful spaces. It’s about getting to know the people who live there and understanding what truly makes a house feel like home.

Before studying interior design at Parsons, I worked in marketing for years, which gave me a unique skill set for uncovering what really matters to my clients—their dreams, values, and the small details that make them unique. This understanding helps me create homes that aren’t just beautiful, but also deeply personal and practical for everyday living.

Living in inspiring cities like Seattle, Paris, and New York before landing in Portland has shaped how I see design. I love blending a refined aesthetic with real-life solutions to create spaces that feel both elevated and effortless. Whether I’m transforming a whole home, choosing custom furniture, or refining floor plans, my goal is always the same: to create spaces that reflect my clients and make their lives better.

Dani handles project management and procurement support. As an interior designer with a meticulous approach to detail, she streamlines vendor coordination, order oversight, and execution, ensuring a seamless process that brings each design vision to life.When she’s not designing, you’ll find Dani at the beach, eating donuts, or spending time with her husband and 2 kids. In an ideal world, she’s doing all three.

ASSISTANT

Lennon keeps WCS organized, managing the sample library and ensuring every detail is in place. With an appreciation for textiles and a love for fashion, she brings a fresh perspective to the studio. Beyond the studio, she explores fashion, history, engineering, and product design, always curious about the intersection of form and function.

Hanna is the Creative Marketing Associate behind WCS marketing efforts and creative projects, bringing an eye for design and a thoughtful approach to storytelling.
