I find that most homeowners have an incredibly hard time defining a budget at the beginning of a project, and I don’t blame them. Where to start?
You can renovate a bathroom for $6,000 or $160,000. What’s the difference? You can budget for a $200 toilet or a $3,000 toilet. I outline each item in the workbook and give you control of your financial decisions and overall planning.

You can use the rooms you want and hide the ones you don’t.
PLUS: There are also ‘Other Room’ areas you can use to customize your template to your own home.

The template includes estimates for items, but not labor & materials for contractors, such as an electrician, since they are highly dependent on the project and the local market. But don’t worry - there’s space within each room to track those bids/budgets.
Note that the template does not cover larger renovations, such as structural changes, add-ons, etc.
